THE STORY

A collaboration with Grammy-nominated cellist and multi-instrumentalist Hans Christian: eight cinematic compositions with lush orchestrations and creative instrumentation, born of an unapologetic love of melodic lines. Thomas co-wrote the music and plays piano and keyboards on five of the eight tracks, while Hans Christian adds a plethora of string instruments and production elements.

A NOTE FROM THOMAS
Hans and I created Melodiya together across the distance — he in Wisconsin, me in Los Angeles — sending track elements back and forth. Song ideas turned into structures, and parts got added along the way until each piece found its shape.
